Using two rail wagons;

• To carry hydraulic manipulator, storage hopper and filter units
• To carry seven diesel engines required to drive the vacuum pumps and power the hydraulics and electrics
• Excavated material through hose manipulator and deposited into a storage hopper. Manoeuvred by a single Operator via remote control joystick allowing precision excavation

Work was completed overnight in 4hr shifts to avoid disruption to transport

Worked with Balfour Beatty and Track Partnership to achieve 210m of track re-ballasting of wet-beds

Achieved 100% on the ORR and Balfour Beatty and Track Partnership Health and Safety Audit.
